Shipping:
Items are shipped out within 1-2 business days of purchase.
All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Carded, Boxed and Larger Items will usually be sent via Priority Mail. Loose action figures will usually be sent via First Class Mail.
Canadian orders will usually ship via First Class Mail International.
Shipping is combined on multiple purchases.
UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping options are available upon request. Appropriate shipping costs will be applied.
The Outer Rim Collectibles reserves the right to use the most appropriate shipping method for any and all items. This is due but not limited to cost, delivery location and size of order.
Payments:
I accept Google Checkout, Paypal, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.
Payments made through Google Checkout or Paypal must be received within 48 hours. All other payment methods must be received within 7 business days.
International Buyers Outside of Canada:
Please contact me before completing any purchases. Payments must be made via Paypal and must be received within 48 hours. An invoice with appropriate shipping charges for your location will be issued via Paypal.
Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery Confirmation is included with all purchases.
Returns, Exchanges and Replacements:
If you are not happy with your purchase or receive the incorrect item(s), please contact us. All returns must be made within 7 business days at the expense of the buyer. The item can be replaced or a refund minus shipping costs can be issued.
If your item(s) was damaged during shipping and covered by insurance, we will take appropriate steps to correct the issue.
1. Your item will be replaced at no additional cost upon the receipt and verification of the damaged item or
2. You will receive a full refund from The Outer Rim Collectibles or the U.S. Postal Service upon receipt and verification of the item.
All Returns, Exchanges and Replacements must include a copy of the purchase invoice or they will not be accepted.
Any item returned against these policies will not be accepted. If a returned item cannot be verified or is significantly different from the purchased item, it will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Any and all refunds are subject to receipt and verification of the item(s).. Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment was received.
